Domaine De Cabrol
Domaine de Cabrol is a small family estate located in the north of the beautiful city of Carcassonne, in the Cabardès denomination area. This is the westernmost part of Languedoc. In this area the magic comes from the blending of Bordeaux wine grapes with Languedoc ones. The best from two worlds.

The speciality of the estate is therefore red wines. And what red wine! The explosive fruits and spices meet the structure of Cabernets.
The wines are simply delicious, fantastically balanced and yet expressive. It is perfection in a bottle. Try Vent d’Est but beware that you will probably need a bottle more than what you planned first.
Again, this is an estate we will not have too much wine from, so it may be wise to secure quickly your batch.
